The Officers and Committee were delighted that, with just one exception, all the comments about the venue were extremely positive, and we have received numerous requests to stay at Humberstone Farm. Among the comments made in the guestbook and received subsequently by e-mail are:  “Brilliant show! Well done Lowestoft”; “Excellent venue and facilities. Well done!” ; “Really good venue – certainly come again” ; Excellent – use again, please” ; Marvellous venue, nice atmosphere. Well done!! “”

Overall entries were slightly lower than last year, although the number of exhibitors remained the same, and the dogs were able to take full advantage of the spacious rings.  However, the committee feels that the layout of the rings could be better, so we’ll take steps to put that right for February.

And to round off a lovely weekend for our Show Manager, Pearl Chadwick, and husband Robin, they were blessed with a new baby grand-daughter, Charlotte, who weighed in at just over 8 lbs at around 5.30 on the morning after the Show.  Congratulations to all the family!
